Similar to a Bee-Bot, the Blue-Bot is a clear robot, allowing students to view the hardware within. In addition to the command buttons on the robot, it has Bluetooth capability, which allows it to connect to the Blue-Bot app. The Blue-Bot helps students understand cause and effect, directional language(forward, backward, turning left and right), and early programming.

Please Note: If using with 2nd grade Chromebooks, additional preparation is needed to get the app from the Google Play Store for each Chromebook. Another option would be to check out a set of iPads from our department.

Blue-Bot Alphabet Bundle

This bundle comes with 6 Blue-Bots, a mat, and alphabet cards. The mat and cards provide a variety of ways for students to practice identifying letters, spelling words, matching images to letters, and more!

Blue-Bot Animals Bundle

This bundle comes with 6 Blue-Bots, an animals mat, and animal cards. The mat and cards provide a variety of ways for students to practice with matching animals and animal characteristics.

Blue-Bot Coins Bundle

This bundle comes with 6 Blue-Bots, a coins mat, and corresponding cards. The mat and cards provide a variety of ways for students to practice with and apply their knowledge of coins.

Blue-Bot CVC Bundle

This bundle comes with 6 Blue-Bots, a mat, and CVC cards. The mat and cards provide a variety of ways for students to practice with CVC words. The cards have an image on one side and the name of the image on the other side.

Blue-Bot Numbers Bundle

This bundle comes with 6 Blue-Bots, a numbers mat, and numbers cards. The mat and cards provide a variety of ways for students to practice with numbers 1-20. The numbers on the mat may be rearranged for additional options for practicing identifying, counting, and other mathematical concepts.
